Music Video


Music video analysis
The music video we created was on the song Bekhauff by the genre was Indie Rock. The video was narrative based along with performance. We tried to create a relationship between the audio and the visuals. There are two characters in the entire video: a male antagonist and a female protagonist. The theme of the video revolves around domestic abuse where we have shown an abusive husband and how the female protagonist suffers through her marriage and is helpless but gathers enough courage to stand up for herself and walk out. The video is made in such a way that the audience can relate to the emotions the main character is feeling by adding close up shots. The lighting through out the video is mostly dull and lowkey. In the end of the video we showed posters from Aurat March which is a movement for women empowerment.
